The challenge
Designing Scalable, Sustainable Alternatives to Plastic
PulPac set out to enable packaging solutions that were not only environmentally responsible but also cost-effective and industrially scalable. With increasing global demand for sustainable packaging, the company needed to develop systems that could deliver high-quality, durable packaging made entirely from renewable materials. These solutions also had to meet strict sustainability standards while integrating into existing production environments.
The process
Supporting the Development of Dry Molded Fiber Technology
Valoriim worked alongside PulPac to develop and refine its proprietary Dry Molded Fiber technology. Unlike traditional pulp molding methods, this approach drastically reduces water and energy usage—lowering environmental impact without sacrificing performance.
We contributed to the design of manufacturing systems that produce recyclable, biodegradable packaging with high durability and low material waste. Our engineering support helped ensure the solutions were adaptable for large-scale production and compatible with modern packaging infrastructure.
